Easy walking distance from our place. Directions: Exit the house gate and turn left on 49th Street. Walk about 1.5 blocks and stay to the right where you will see a path that leads to Commercial Blvd. Turn right on Commercial Blvd. Walk about 150 feet to the first traffic light to cross Commercial. Bagel shop is in the shopping plaza to your right (opposite of Flanigan's).

Best pizza in town hands-down! Mom and pop shop (originally from NJ), super friendly and nice.
Amazing pizza and subs. They sell slices and whole pies and located on E. Commercial Blvd. between our place and the beach. Tell them Jeremy sent you!

Great shopping along famous Las Olas Blvd. Tons of restaurants and bars and leads all the way to the ocean. Can get congested during high season -- I recommend taking Uber/Lyft.
