One of my favourite Galleries. Its free and has a permanent collection of over one-thousand works, and houses the City of Ottawa-owned Firestone Collection of Canadian Art. Also had a great little Restaurant in it called 'Jackson'.

A 5 minute walk up the street for all the Starbucks staples - coffee, tea, treats. they have a nice little patio in summer where you can sip and watch the world go buy. I prefer to grab my drink and go sit in Strathcona park.
