The largest shopping centre in Southern Estonia. Even has an ice rink, 4D cinema, farmers' market and an adventure park.
A free bus (69) takes you there from Kaubamaja every half hour.

A great place to discover and walk around. Definitely go to the castle (tickets cost a little) since it offers even better view of the city.
