Enjoy lakefront living close to everything the Nature Coast has to offer. Entire home is for your use with a private pool and boat dock. Beautifully decorated and comfortable living space to enjoy some family time. The 3 bedroom home has 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed (twin and full size) and 1 twin trundle bed. Sleeps 8. Enjoy using the 3 kayaks on the lake during the day, then challenge each other to a game of 8 ball at night on the billiards table. Swim and enjoy cocktails by the pool on the lanai.

Come relax at this unique and tranquil old Florida home in charming Floral City. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental offers a fully equipped kitchen, a screened-in porch, and a spacious yard. Fish for bass right off dock, canoe down the canal, or just relax around the fire pit. Airboaters, bring your boat and enjoy the Flying Eagle Preserve. Lots of fun trails and many islands to explore. Hommassa Springs & Crystal River only 30 miles away. Withlacoochee Bike trail within a few miles.

Inverness Home with a View

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Bring the kids and your fur babies as you can have peace of mind with rear fencing for playing and roaming. Extra yard space for boat or recreational vehicle parking. (Pet fee applies, MUST list pet as a guest) IMPORTANT INFO: Hot Tub on site, available for use for an extra $10 per day, MUST be requested at time of booking.

Studio Apartment - Fort Brook Horse Farm

This is a small Thoroughbred horse farm where we breed the mares. We run at the racetrack or sell the horses. These mares are generally pregnant and are not ridden. Guest are welcome to pet the horses, who are very friendly. We usually have foal in the spring. Our farm is fairly close to plenty of fun outdoor activities, kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking,zip lining, and horse back riding. We allow well behaved dogs that are leashed. There’s a fire pit, you might want to grab some wood.

Cypress Cottage

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

Modern Home

Kick back and relax in this brand new Traditional-Modern home. This home features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with high ceilings and bright finishes. (Option to have an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom if needed at higher rate). All your shopping needs are a 10 minute drive or less including Publix, Walmart, Lowes, TJMaxx and lots of restaurants. Additionally there are lots of lakes and hiking within the town. Both MCO & TPA are just over an hour away.

Serendipity Lake private dock, canoes & kayaks

FL is in a drought, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal. You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!
