The Garage Sleepout

Our garage sleepout was re-established last year and boasts fully functioning kitchen and bathroom. The queen size Murphy bed can be folded into the wall to create more lounging space. There is also a sneaky sea view from the kitchen window! We overlook russell and are a short walk to town and only 250km from the flagstaff scenic reserve with 360 degree views of the bay. We are also 1.5km from 7 beautiful beaches! We enjoy tennis, Waka Ama and sailing and would love to have you stay with us!

Hihitahi Sea View Apartment Private self contained

Hihitahi Sea View apartment is located in Paihia, Bay of Islands, an area with stunning walks, mtb tracks and a great variety of other (water) activities to choose from. When arriving you'll find at the end of the driveway, a private apartment where you can imagine the rest of the world gone. Only 5 min out of Paihia town and the beach but your own private place with everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The BBQ area with all day sun is a lovely private spot to end the day.

The Little Sanctuary

The Little Sanctuary is a perfect place to start your journey around Northland. Located in historic Waimate North, 5 minutes from Te Waimate Mission. Kerikeri or Paihia is 20 minutes by car or 15 minutes to Ngawha Hot Springs. The cabin is a self-contained unit (3x6 metres) with heating/air conditioning, surrounded by cottage gardens filled with flowers creating a peaceful and relaxing environment for you to unwind. Cereal, bread, milk, tea and coffee are provided for you to make breakfast.

Homely, private 1-bedroom studio 3 km's from town

Come and enjoy all that Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands can offer from our centrally located base. Our spacious 1-bedroom studio offers a lounge with kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea & coffee making facilities (no cooktop or oven). We are more than happy to cater any meals on (timely) request. The studio is separated from the main home, and is adjoined with the garage. It has a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a sunny, private deck out front.

Wisteria Cottage

Relax and enjoy the stunning Bay of Islands from your own peaceful oasis set in the heart of Russell. Our home is a 112 year old restored villa only 100 metres from the town. The self contained cottage is behind the villa, set in a well established semi tropical garden. A tranquil setting graced by a 100+ year old Kauri, Totara & Rimu tree. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy the peaceful sanctuary with garden views only a two minute walk from Russell Wharf, and the gorgeous Russell Village.

The Back Paddock

Our beautiful self contained farmstay cottage has just been renovated giving extra space and a more private bedroom. The cottage is close to the house but very private, set on 43 acres with lovely rural views. We are just 8 kms from the quaint historical township of Kerikeri, and only 1 km from the Kerikeri airport. We are very central to all tourist attractions. It is an ideal destination, for peace and quiet after a busy day sightseeing, exploring or simply visiting the area.

Tea Tree Cottage is half way between Paihia and Opua with access to both via the coastal track . It is the perfect base for a walking holiday with many walks in close proximity. You’ll love the cottage as it is quiet and has native bush between it and the water. The place is perfectly set up for couple, twin share or those with a new family (portacot available on request). Accessibility: Please note the cottage is situated down a flight of garden stairs.
