Flat "Feel the Silence of Nature"

Nice funished apartment of 20 qm which is located in a suburb of Dortmund called Aplerbeck at the end of a dead-end-street right in the middle of a nature reserve. You find the apartment in a two-family-house in a cultivated area. The apartment consistes of one bed-room for two, a small fully equiped kitchen with a table and two chairs and a bathroom with a bath tub. You find a separate entrance to get into the apartment. There is a cosy and homelike seating outside the apartment where you can spend some quiet relaxing moments. It is a very nice place. At night you can listen to the crying of some little owls which live in the nature reserve. Apart from that it is very quiet here. The motorway is 5 minutes away from us. You can reach the A1 and A45 (slip road is called Schwerte) within a few minutes. We have a carport right at the apartment. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I love cooking.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ins Zentrum und zum Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in wenigen Minuten fußläufig. Mit dem Auto ist man in 3 min auf der A52. Messe Essen: ca. 10 min; Messe Ddorf: ca. 30 min Flughafen Ddorf: ca. 20 min; CentrO : ca. 25 min (jeweils mit dem Auto)

Zur A45 und A1 sind es 5 Minuten, zur Innenstadt mit Bus und U-Bahn rd. 25 Minuten (auch der Nachtexpress hält bei uns / stündlich). Das Stadion kann in 30 Minuten erreicht werden. Restaurants, Bäcker, Einkaufgelegenheiten usw. in fußläufiger Entfernung. Ganz in der Nähe liegt der Wald, ideal für Mountainbiking.

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Es wurde vor Kurzem frisch saniert und ist modern eingerichtet. Das Appartement bietet alles um ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Du hast ein privates Badezimmer und eine kleine Teeküche. Wenn du abends etwas unternehmen willst, bietet der nahe gelegene Phönixsee viele Restaurants und Bars.

The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Whether it's hiking in the wonderful nature, cycling, sailing, golfing, skiing - Bamenohl is worth a visit.
