The accomodation is located at "Centener", one of the exlcusive living areas of Rovinj. The house consits of a two rooms apartment situated on the first floor. The apartment has two double beds and an addtional single bedcouch. The living room is divided into living/sleeping area and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equiped. Bathroom constains shower and toilet. In front of the flat you can find a nice terrace which invites for relaxing in the sun or cooling down in the evening. Next two the house is a big garden with a huge stone dining table perfectly made for outdoor BBQs. BBQ equipment is also included. Next to: 5 min walk to two supermarkets, 15 min walk to the center of the city, 15 min walk to the beach, 5-10min walk to excellent restaurants. Sunny well-equipped two-bedroom apartment with a spectacular view of the old town and sunset. It is situated close to the town center, the beach, supermarket and nearest restaurants and bars. The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with sat TV (free NETFLIX Channel) and one terrace.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.

The Apartment Carducci is situated in the very center of Rovinj. The accomodation consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned(cooling-heating). This winter(2018) we put double pane windows and balcony door to improove the insulation and reduce noise from the street.

Rovinj Carera

Apartment located 10m from the main Carera street, 100m from the main promenade by the sea where there are many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, galleries, boats .. 5 minutes from the church of Sv. Euphemia. The nearest beach in a beautiful pine forest is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
