Cabin Sweet Cabin is a "True Log Cabin" it has been newly remodeled with modern touches yet still has kept its cozy rustic charm. Located 3 mins from Beaver Lake, & 10 mins from Downtown Rogers. Come & kayak, swim, fish, boat, or water play all day. Enjoy the large wrap-around deck with 2 separate seating areas. Plan a BBQ, relax around the fire table or soak in the hot tub under the stars. Unwind in the cabin with the wood burning stove & spend some quality time with family for game night.

Bentonville Backyard Oasis

Stay awhile at the conveniently located Bentonville Backyard Oasis! The guest house is nestled away in a beautiful backyard and is a 10 minute drive from Crystal Bridges Art Museum, a 5 minute drive from downtown Bentonville, and a 2 minute drive from Coler Mountain Preserve. This stand alone house has a private tennis court, pool, and hot tub. This Airbnb offers convenient check in and the hosts are longtime Bentonville residents so they are always available for local recommendations.

Relax in a magnificent residence affectionately called, "The Stone Castle." You have 2,000 sq. ft. of living space all to yourself. There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within the residence, but completely separate. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).

Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! This charming lake home is nestled in a wooded area of Beaver Lake and has it's own private, saltwater pool. The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. A gorgeous lake view is seen from the living room, bedroom and front deck. Lake access is available 2 miles away on our family- owned private property to enjoy fishing, kayaking, and swimming. We are within minutes of hiking trails, War Eagle Mill, Hobbs State Park and 20 minutes from Rogers.

Trailhead Tree House is a spacious, 2,800 sq ft home, with a private hot tub, nestled at the end of a quiet cul de sac with a private pathway that directly connects to the Tunnel Vision mountain biking/ walking trail. Large back deck looks out on a two story tree house and fire pit, wood provided. Down stairs family room with TV, wet bar, game room and ample space for spreading out. Garage has pool/ ping pong table, bike work stand with tools.

Eagles Nest on Whitney Mountain

All rooms have a spectacular panoramic view of Beaver Lake from atop Whitney Mountain, the highest elevation on the lake. Watch the sunrise over the lake from every room or in your private swimming pool. After boating on the lake, savor the end of day with a drink in hand, relaxing on the Eagle Nest deck before dinner. Perfect spot to star gaze. The swimming pool will be closed mid-October thru early May.

Just 2 blocks off historic downtown Rogers and within walking distance of restaurants, I pubs, antique stores, hiking/mountain biking trails and the farmer's market. Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way.
