Only 2 minutes walk to beach and 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Shops and eateries are on the doorstep and public transport will take you to Perth in less than an hour.
