Two queen bedrooms on opposite ends of the house, a bunk room for the kids, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and an infrared sauna in the sunroom. Out back: fruit trees, a grill, and a fire pit for stargazing. Horses and chickens as neighbors, yet minutes to Balloon Fiesta Park, Los Poblanos, El Pinto and the Rail Runner to Santa Fe. This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds, just a few minutes drive, it is only 20 minutes from downtown and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. Great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as another house. Both homes share the beautiful yard.
