Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. Completely renovated 1 bedroom upstairs apartment only 5 blocks from Main street with all new flooring, paint, furniture, appliances, cabinets, you name it. This location puts you in the middle of it all, easy walking distance to downtown ( .4 miles), Dow gardens ( .5 miles), the Midland Country Club ( 1.2 miles) or the Loons Dow Diamond ( 0.9 miles). Can sleep 2 to 4 guests with a comfortable full bed and pull out couch. No tv, but WiFi is provided.
