Centrally located in a mature neighborhood and within a 15min walk to Mooney’s Bay beach, 10min drive from the Airport and Downtown. 5 minute walk to Grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacy. This modern, large and spacious apartment comes with everything you need to feel at home - WIFI, parking, washer, dryer, king size bed (to name a few). The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.
