All the feelings you have as a child making dens and wanting to sleep out in them have been fulfilled ( be it a little more luxurious!). Whatever time of year, a cosy retreat awaits you with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove, luxury bedding, cosy sheepskins, kingsize bed. We don’t allow pets or smoking .

This is one of three lovely shepherds hut in a woodland garden retreat. We are five minutes walk from the pretty dales town of Pateley Bridge and a field away from the Nidderdale Way. Woodside Hut has a double bed, wood burning stove and small kitchen with two ring hob and fridge. We have separate showers and toilets with underfloor heating and a secure drying room. Heated Shower room with wc and basin for your exclusive use 100m along the garden path.

Croft Farm Shepherd's Hut, Hardraw, Pennine Way

Spend a night in Hardraw, in the Yorkshire Dales. This wonderfully crafted shepherds hut is located on a working farm, with sheep, cattle, hens and pigs. Also, home to the local working sheepdog demonstration team. Located in a small village on the Pennine Way; the renowned Hardraw force, England's highest waterfall is a 5 minute stroll. The Green Dragon Inn is less than 5 minutes walk. The small market town of Hawes is a 20 minute walk, with plenty of shops and pubs.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.
