Located in the heart of historic Richmond Village, it’s just a short stroll to shops and sightseeing, 26 minutes from Hobart City, and 21 minutes from Hobart Airport. The cottage features an open-plan kitchen and dining area, bathroom/laundry, separate toilet, formal lounge, three spacious bedrooms, and a beautiful sunroom—an ideal base for exploring Southern Tasmania.

The sandstone Church is located in the centre of Richmond Village. Constructed in 1873 it now has a new life, converted to luxury accommodation. The modern interior with its mezzanine bedroom loft, warm underfloor heating through out and comfy sofa area. A perfect getaway space for two in the heart of the little village with an easy walk to the bridge, prison and cafes. Richmond is 20minutes from Hobart and the airport and surrounded by many wineries

Pinot Cottage- Vineyard escape

The cottage is just under 100 square meters with a mezzanine master bedroom and open plan living. It is set among the vines of Charles Reuben Estate in a quiet and secluded area with full kitchen, wood heater and spa. Charles Reuben Estate is also a vineyard, distillery and lavender farm. Our boutique farm products are readily available for purchase - wine, specialty spirits and various lavender items. Tours and visits can be arranged.

Bridgecroft House - Spacious family home in the heart of Richmond village - room for the whole family. Home comes with a hot tub, 2 lounge areas, separate dining and kitchen. There is an 8 ball table and some 80's vinyl albums to play. Outdoor has a gas BBQ, wood-fired pizza oven and a huge area with a fire pit and permanent seating for guests and visitors. Parking for up to 6 cars.
