Our home is a 10 minute stroll to 2 local cafés & a restaurant & 10 minute drive from Cowes, where you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and specialty shops. You will have secure access to the lower level of our home with separate entrance. The apartment includes 2 queen sized bedrooms, lounge/dining with TV, bathroom with bath & shower, laundry with kitchenette.

No shared areas.

This property is located within 2 minute walk to Rhyll Foreshore which has a Fish & Chip shop, The Foreshore Bar & Restaurant, licenced cafe and Indian restaurant. Sea Boating access and facilities, Foreshore Fun, Fishing, and a pier. Plenty of room for 2 families plus a safe rear yard for boats etc. Cowes is a 7min drive with more restaurants, supermarkets and shops. All surf and swimming beaches are nearby. There is plenty to see and do within close proximity. A wonderful holiday spot.

Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, Smart TV, ceiling fan, heater, kitchenette including microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery. Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre etc. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.
