The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. Historic condo in the Arcade Providence, a registered National Landmark built in 1828 as the first indoor mall in the US.
