This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Wie eine Insel liegt unser Grundstück (ein Ausbau) zwischen zwei Dörfern in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem großen Grundstück laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Gefühlt ist man weit ab und doch ganz nah am Rande des Naturparks Stechlin-Ruppiner Land mit seinen vielen Seen, der schönen Landschaft und den unterschiedlichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier in der Zeit von Mai bis September genau richtig.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
