Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Christophstraße/Mediapark liegt 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ich biete begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr, Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich. W-Lan ist im gesamten Haus kostenfrei nutzbar. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsaufenthaltsraum.

Unser kleines Hotel liegt im Süden von Hilden, zwischen Köln und Düsseldorf. Die Einzelzimmer Typ C haben ein Waschbecken im Zimmer und eine Dusche/ WC gegenüber des Zimmers, was nur von diesem einen Zimmer genutzt wird. Einzelzimmer Typ B haben das Badezimmer innen liegend. Diese Kategorie kann auch mit 2 Personen belegt werden

Angeboten wird ein Privatzimmer mit Einzelbett und Bad in einem ehemaligen Hotel, welches seit 2012 mittlerweile als Büro- und Wohnhaus genutzt wird. Das Zimmer ist normal ausgestattet und verfügt über einen schönen Blick bis zum Stadion (BayArena). Frühstück und Küche können leider NICHT angeboten werden.
