Located 5 minutes from UNM in Nob Hill and all the eclectic dining, bars, shops, breweries, and entertainment on Route 66/Central Ave. Only 8 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to Balloon Fiesta Park, and 15 minutes to Historic Old Town.

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds, just a few minutes drive, it is only 20 minutes from downtown and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. Great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as another house. Both homes share the beautiful yard.

Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.
