Charming countryside cottage Cadzand / Knokke

Charming countryside cottage of 80sqm completely renovated in 2022 and located in Zuidzande, 5min drive from the villages of Retranchement, Sluis and the beaches of Cadzand, as well as 15min drive from Knokke (Belgium). The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a sofa-bed, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, living room and equipped kitchen. The house sits within the orchard of a private property, and has its own private entrance with parking for 2 cars, a private terrace and a South facing garden .

‘COOL’huisje, te midden van de akkers.

Dit kleine schuurtje op ons erf Hofstede de Boetselaer was vroeger een ‘KOEL’cel voor jonge aardappel planten. We hebben het omgebouwd tot een ‘COOL’huisje om te komen genieten tussen de akkers en aan de West Zeeuws Vlaamse kust. Voor wie opzoek is naar natuur, privacy, weinig prikkels en rust. De tuin wordt bezocht door vele vogels, kwa idee van grote. Van buizerd tot het klein goudhaantje en veel daar tussen in. Met twee aparte badkamers een plus voor twee koppels/vrienden, gezin.

Dans le calme d'un jardin privé, avec vue sur les polders, un cottage champêtre, entièrement rénové, vous invite à un séjour dans une fermette authentique : au rez-de-chaussée : une grande cuisine, un living avec poêle à bois permettant de voir le feu, canapé convertible et télévision; à l'étage : une belle chambre (1 grand lit double ou 2 lits simples) et une salle de douche avec toilette. This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
