An eagles nest on the property is above Salmon Creek and, depending on the year, American Bald Eagles use the nest to raise young. You'll be a short drive from the grocery store, Exit Glacier, and the Alaska Sealife Center. Enjoy the full kitchen, outdoor grill, and fire pit. A short path crosses the 1 acre property to Salmon Creek.

Each bedroom has a queen bed & a twin murphy bed. When renting from airbnb, you will get whatever unit is available. Watch the sunrise over the bay & the Chugach Mountains. Its modern appeal includes a master bedroom downstairs, a loft bedroom upstairs, and a sofa couch in the living area for a comfortable max of 6 people. This upper unit, "Alpine", is a two-bedroom and sleeps up to six people, has a full kitchen, full bath, living space with pull-out queen sofa bed, and washer/dryer. The lower one-bedroom unit "Meadow" is also available to rent.

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains.
