Private entry to this 2nd story (2rm,2beds/queen bed & full sofa bed) 1 BR apartment with one full bathroom for a max of 4 humans and a handful of dogs. A good fit if you don’t mind who gets the sofa bed with bathroom access thru the master. Mini kitchen:Keurig, fridge, coffee, crockpot, backyard with little trail! Check out Timmy’s Treeside also.

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. My cottage is welcoming to travellers meant to envelope visitors in coziness. Located 3 miles from Cape May - Lewes ferry , the bay , ocean and historic town of Lewes. It’s one minute east of route one , close Tanger outlets & public bus system to use to diminish the frustration of parking spot hunting. FYI: I am a Lyft driver if you would like to use my services.
