This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other third floor bedroom which is also rented through Airbnb. Off street parking is available for $10/night.

We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Sweet stay by the ocean w breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot. Pickle ball is about a 10 minute walk. SORRY BUT THERE IS NO USE OF KITCHEN AND FRIDGE.

*This is a single guest room, one guest only* --This charming brownstone, built in 1896, is set on quiet, tree-lined Bay State road, one of the "10 Boston’s Best Secret Streets" by Travel and Leisure. It is under the Boston landmark Citgo Sign, within 5 minute walking distance to Fenway Park, Kenmore Sq, Charles River and Boston University. The property has been lovingly maintained as a private residence for two generations. Guest rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor.

This is a private bedroom in my fully furnished historic home. I keep it super clean. One full bathroom shared with host and one other guest. Within a 5 min. walk to the Stony Brook Train, on the orange line. Lots of charm, on a safe quiet street, comfy bed, wood floors, 100% cotton bedding, super clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and parks. There is on street parking. Currently we have one cat in the house.
