Uriges Fachwerkhaus 200m vom Moselufer Pünderich

Historisches Fachwerkhaus aus dem Jahre 1570. Es handelt sich um unser Ferienhaus, dass wir regelmäßig mit unserer Familie bewohnen. Es liegt im Ortskern von Pünderich. Bäcker und verschiedenen Gastronomien sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Haus hat eine große überdachte Terrasse ( unser Sommerwohnzimmer) und im Keller ist ein Weinkühlschrank vom Winzer befühlt - einer gemütlichen Weinverkostung steht nichts im Wege. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man brauchen kann.

Unsere 55 qm² große, moderne Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen und liegt zentral in Mülheim an der Mosel. Im Ort ist alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung besteht aus: -einem gemütlichen Wohnraum -einer voll ausgestatteten Küchenzeile. -verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen -Mikrowelle & Kühlgefrierkombi -einem großzügigen Essbereich sowie ein separates Schlafzimmer. Badezimmer Ausstattung: -Dusche/WC -Föhn -Waschmaschine. Preis ist inklusive Bettwäsche und Handtüchern.

This a large and spacious house located on top of the hill overlooking Reil. The house has wonderful views below of the vineyards and river Mosel. Behind the house are forests. A quiet location that gives accessibility to walking in the area and with the village being a walk down through the vineyards. Please note there is not an electric charging point at the house to charge electric vehicles. If you wish to charge an electric car, please contact in advance to arrange the fee.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel.
