A bright second floor front room overlooking Bradford Street, with a king sized bed and two huge windows. Enjoy a mini-fridge, a 40 inch flat-screen TV with basic cable, USB charging station, and complimentary wi-fi. The private bath features a walk-in shower, towels, and toiletries. Check-in is contactless (a short pre-arrival phone call is required - please see note on taxes under "Show more"). 190 sq feet of space. This room includes a parking spot for 1 vehicle. We are an 18+ guesthouse.

This is a wonderful spacious charming first floor room with a king bed, non-working fireplace, ceiling medallion and private bath steps away. You may wake early from the delicious aroma of something baking for your breakfast. Breakfast served in the dining room or on the deck. Before or after breakfast, a walk (½ mile) to Forest Beach may be in order or simply relax in the hammock with a good book. Either way you’ll kick back and enjoy your stay. Come on -- get some sand in your shoes!!

Retreat to Cape Cod Home on Water

Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

Howards End - Room 2-3 (Private Bath & Terrace)

The room is about 140 sqft, and it comes with a large private deck with a great view of the Pilgrim Monument. It has a king bed, private bathroom and private entrance. This room is good for people who are allergic to cats. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Please read: Beautifully decorated lower level apartment with windows and french doors leading up to the garden. Private entrance. This newly renovated space has a separate kitchen area with table and chairs, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (coffee and tea provided). No stove. NO cooking permitted. The bedroom has a double bed, a comfy couch, bureau and closet, and a full bath ensuite. Perfect for a couple or single person. NOTE: The small building is my gallery.

The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 8 is a SMALL room on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a queen bed and private bathroom. A/C, TV, cable, and WIFI. Free On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB and is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am to 9:30am.

Knowles Farm Inn, South Suite

Nestled in the middle of the National Sea Shore's Fort Hill Area, a private suite in a 235 year old Cape Cod Farm House. The house is surrounded by sweeping fields that lead down to Nauset Marsh. Steps away from the Fort Hill Nature Trail. A truly unique stay. For parties greater than two this listing can add additional rooms with a double bed for a single or couple for an additional fee. Owner occupied BnB with two rooms, NO Mass occupancy tax added!

Captain R02 - Queen bed & Private bath

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 2 is on the 1st floor with a queen bed and a private bathroom. A/C, TV, basic cable, WIFI, refrigerator. We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our simple cold continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.
