Newly built house for 6+2 people. Three rooms with three large beds and auxiliary beds for two. Three bathrooms. Large kitchen with induction stove, nespresso coffe machine, oven, microvave, grill toaster. Tv in each room and in living room. Air conditioning in living room/kitchen and in each bedroom. Barbecue. Pool. Plenty of private space and lawn. All brand new. Very nice. Beach 700m. We rent only Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay is 7 days. Then 14,21 etc. no pets. Safety deposit 400 eur
