Grand Lake Getaway

1 bdrm downstairs (full), 2 upstairs (trundle twin & king) 100 ft dock in June-Sept 20. Dogs and children welcome, but note: water access, steep stairs, no fence surrounding the property, and home isn’t baby proofed. MI state roadside park next door. A baby gate is provided but you’re responsible to set up if needed. We have 2 security cameras, one overlooks the driveway and other overlooks the lakeside/deck. We have well water and a septic system. No central AC, bdrm units installed for summer.

The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

Stunning night skies. Wake up and walk out onto the deck to enjoy the amazing songs of the Wood Thrush, Veery Thrush and Hermit Thrushes. Wildlife abound.

It is a short drive to Black Mountain recreational area for your hiking, ATVing, or snowmobiling adventures. Black Lake golf club is a 6-minute drive and Ocqueoc Falls is a 14-minute drive.
