The Little Bunkhouse

Welcome to the LITTLE BUNKHOUSE. There is a field with pathways, a bridge to cross and camp site for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It is Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. There is a challenging putting green. The bunkhouse has 1 queen bed with a small kitchen and bath. This is the place for a peacful getaway for relaxation and only 8 miles to the heart of Prescott. Plenty of hiking right accross the the main road and several small lakes for kayaking or picnicking just minutes away.

Secluded Getaway -Spacious! 10 Minutes from Town

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate. The gate opens and you’re in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

"The Cottage"

The Cottage is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest house centrally located near downtown Prescott. Enjoy your visit to Prescott in a quiet neighborhood that affords easy access to the historic courthouse plaza, tourist popular Whiskey Row and local shopping. The space includes 1-full bed, 1-queen sleeper sofa, a breakfast nook, coffee bar and kitchenette. Tools for meal preparation include an air fryer, microwave, toaster, crock pot and an electric fry pan with cover. The fridge is mini-fridge size.

Prescott’s Sweet Suite

This is a separate & private suite, with free parking for 1 vehicle & a private entrance. Walking distance to Courthouse/Whiskey Row, about 1.25 miles & Prescott Resort 1 miles 4.1 miles to Watson lake. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. Additional pillows, blankets, towels, pack-n-play, iron, picnic basket, ADA equipment & more, upon request
