Spacious 2 bedroom ground level suite is in my home. It provides everything you need to enjoy your time while exploring Powell River. It is considered rural-12 km to town, 3km to the golf course (towards town) and 4 km south to a beach. The neighborhood is quiet which makes it conducive to a good night's sleep. In this spacious cottage style home you will be able to enjoy the privacy of this cozy space which is set on a beautifully landscaped 1 acre property. Conveniently located close to town, shopping, the recreation centre, walking distance to trails, lakes and the ocean. Upon arrival you will see that the winding driveway leads to the blueberry orchard and where we call home.
