This is a beautiful, renovated old building in the heart of Potsdam. It is located in the 4th floor and is 65 square meters in size. There is one bedroom with double bed, a living room with balcony, which is so large that you can comfortably sit in pairs on it. The fully renovated bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen has everything a kitchen needs so equipped: dishwasher, coffee machine, cutlery and various utensils, and some things of basic necessities such as coffee, tea, spices are available and can be used. There is a dining table in the kitchen with overlooking to potsam and then another one in the living room. The living room also has a couch where a third person could sleep comfortably. Furthermore, there is a TV and wifi. The apartment is located quiet, and nevertheless centrally. To Sanssouci Park with historic buildings, there are only 5 minutes. Also in the downtown pedestrian zone and many shops, you will be within 5 minutes. The Dutch Quarter and many other historic sights are nearby. Potsdam is also known for its many parks and lakes. With a bike you would be within 15 minutes at the Heiliger See with good water quality for swimming and inviting. The Potsdam Central Station offers easy access to Berlin by train or regional train. The city center of Berlin, it takes about 30 minutes by local train. The apartment can be rent for shorter stays or even weekly or monthly rental. Feel free to ask if you need more informations. Die ruhige Ferienwohnung (52 qm) ist Teil eines Fischerhauses mit idyllischem Garten und hundertjährigen Bäumen. Sie verfügt über einen separaten Eingang und erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen. Der Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kochfeld) und das Bad (Dusche) öffnen sich zum Garten und Hof, das Schlafzimmer (mit Blick auf Bäume und Wasser) ist über eine Stiege erreichbar. Das Apartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine kleine Bibliothek.

Die gemütliche Innenstadt mit den idyllischen Straßen- und Park Cafés sowie Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in circa fünf Minuten mit einem schönen Spaziergang zu erreichen, wobei der Weg durch die historische Altstadt führt.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Nach einem langen Ausflugstag ermöglicht einem das separate Schlafzimmer etwas Rückzug. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über eine eigene Küchenzeile und ein Duschbad. Bei mehr als zwei Gästen kann das Schlafsofa zu einem Doppelbett umgebaut werden.

The quiet studio includes a single bed with freshly pressed linen and towels, WiFi, TV and lots of kitchen equipment for short and long stays. It’s a great location to get to Park Sanssouci and all the nice shops, restaurants & cafés in the central area.
