My home is a 5 min walk from the New Forest and a short cycle ride to Lepe Beach which is located at the end of my road. It's also a short drive from Calshot Activity Centre. My home would suit couples, solo adventurers, families (2 rooms are available) and anyone working in the area. My house is a 4 bedroom detached property. I'm told it's a very welcoming comfortable cosy home. There are two double rooms available, both finished to a high standard. The house is in a quiet location, close to the Forest and the Sea. Lymington, Brockenhurst & Lyndhurst are just a 20 minute drive and Beaulieu & Exbury are 5 mins down the road. I provide a continental breakfast which is included. I am happy to provide a cooked breakfast at an additional cost or an evening meal if required and advance notice is given. Check in time is flexible, please contact me in advance to arrange this.

The Flint House is in a beautiful, peaceful location on the edge of the South Downs. Guests have their own front door, twin beds, en suite private bathroom and a wonderful breakfast serving locally sourced food in our farmhouse kitchen. We are very close to Goodwood, Chichester with The Festival Theatre, West Dean Gardens, the Weald and Downland Museum where the Repair Shop is filmed, Farbridge Barns and only 25 minutes from the coast. Tea and coffee and homemade cakes are supplied.

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. Pretty self contained annexe in grounds of a medieval listed farmhouse, well equipped kitchen, 2 cosy double bedrooms TVs, lounge with sofa bed, small shower and toilet, hot tub must be booked for private use . Well behaved dogs only please. Lovely breakfast provided to prepare yourselves . We also do a champagne package with nibbles and cake for £40 or with Prosecco for £ 30
