It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

The Overlook neighborhood is one of Portland's hidden gems. Quiet, tree lined, yet only a few minutes from all the action Portland serves up. Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. It has easy access to downtown Portland by taking the bus, which is 1.5 blocks away or the MAX, which is a 12 minute walk for easy access all over the Portland/Vancouver area. Downtown Portland is a 10 minute drive. The Willamette Valley wine country is about an hour's drive away as well as the beautiful Columbia River Gorge and majestic Mt. Hood and Mt. St. Helens!
