"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

The Suite features a private entrance, sleeps up to 6, full bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplaces, Wi-Fi, and more. A staircase leads down to a beautiful valley and river beach. A great spot for fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc. It's a Walleye fisherman's dream and great location for all the Birders!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled into a wooded lot, you will enjoy the view of the trees as well as proximity to BGSU and downtown BG. King bed and a full size futon offered. The kitchen includes a spacious fridge/ freezer, Keurig K-cup brewer, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and 2 burner hotplate. Coffee, tea, and water are complimentary. Please note this is an attached, above-garage loft. It is separate from the main living quarters and has aprivate entrance.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This upstairs abode is located just outside of BGSU but close enough to the stadium and the Stroh Center. It comfortably sleeps 6 and all bedrooms have TV and blinds. Your private space is equipped with a washer, dryer, Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, indoor fireplace, a dedicated work space and plenty of outdoor seating with our outdoor bistro set down below or the outdoor table with couches and chairs upstairs.

The MapleWood - A cozy second floor apartment

Enjoy a quiet getaway in this second floor, one bedroom apartment. My wife and I take great pride in our homes and we live 200ft away. This is our first go with an AirBNB. Guests will be impressed with the cleanliness, coziness, and peace and quiet. We offer free wifi, private off-street parking, and well kept yards. Private apartment type space located on the upper floor of a detached garage. Patio space is available outside the entrance to the apartment. Located within 10 minutes of historic Grand Rapids, Waterville and Whitehouse Ohio and 30-40 minutes from Toledo. There are several Metroparks located within a 10 minute drive, and the Maumee River and the Maumee State Forest are also nearby.

This house has been updated with all the modern conveniences and amenities, but still maintains the Tudor charm.
