Free extra parking, offshore boats no problem, and/or RV 50 amp and water hook up for additional $35 with house rental

The house is on a double lot so there is plenty of room for your vehicles and boats. There is ability for full drive through access so no worries about backing in your boat.

Bay Front 2 bed/1 bath Pre-fab House

Sit on the patio and look at the water as the locals pass by in golf carts and give a friendly wave. The city boat ramp is 8 blocks away. We have a huge parking area for trucks and boats. Beach-themed interior Update: new floors and new couch added to unit April 2025. Updated pictures July 2025.
