An Ez-go golf cart may also be available upon request for an additional fee. Pets welcome for only a $25 fee! LIV charges a $110 resort fee which gives you 2 parking passes and wristbands to several amenities: indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, tennis & basketball court, gym, golf course, mini golf, events, and more.

The SandBox Grotto

The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place.
