The Cottage at Hood Valley Lane

Hurricane Helene update: our cottage is now open for guests. However, the back of the property near the river is still recovering. Please respect our neighbors as they received a lot of damage. A cozy english cottage that is steps away from the Pacolet River. This cute little house is in the mountain town of Tryon, North Carolina. Tryon has a quaint little downtown with shops and restaurants to wander through. The Pacolet River is connected to the property. Tryon Equestrian 13 miles away

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Log cabin centrally located between Lake Lure and Tryon Equestrian Center. Two bedroom, two bath, open living with great porch/deck space. Sleeps a king and a queen with private rooms with a trundle bed on the three season porch. Quiet neighborhood with the ability to expand into the downstairs (listed as Whippoorwill Valley) then sleep up to eight. Sometimes you might have “neighbors” downstairs during your stay. Quiet garden areas!

This adorable garden level condo has been completely remodled and offers granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, luxury vynal planking, tiled walk in shower and so much more. Located just 5 minutes from Rutherfordton Hospital, 13 minutes from the TIEC, and a short drive to Tryon. This is a garden level condo with a place above you so you may hear footsteps. Also, we had to install an up-flush system for the plumbing so you will hear the motor briefly as it pushes the water up.

This beautiful, private 748 sq. ft. executive studio is the bottom level of a house with its own private balcony & entry. The studio has a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table, induction plate & Keurig), full bath, living room, desk, & queen bed. There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Enjoy 14 miles of hiking trails from the house.
