It features two kitchens, 3 Bedrooms + loft, cozy living areas & relaxing outdoor private spaces with a new hot tub to enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding the lake. There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Willow Springs Cabin is a 960 sqft cabin on three acres of wooded land. Purposefully designed with couples in mind to relax, reconnect and make new discoveries. Newly renovated 2 bed / 1 bath lake house with modern elegance & incredible views of Lake Livingston! Whether you want to relax or play, this is the perfect spot. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning from the balcony or deck. A neighborhood boat ramp is available for quick access to the lake for water sports & fishing! Wind down with a glass of wine next to the fire pit & enjoy the sunset over the lake. We can't wait to host you! Note: The house does NOT have direct lake access.

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

The quaint and charming Sam Houston Cottage provides a front porch view of the historic granite monument sculpted in 1911 by Italian artist Pompeo Coppini to mark the final resting place of Sam Houston. This very special corner house typifies the traditional style and charm of a bygone era yet provides all the modern comforts of home. Located just a short distance from the Huntsville square this prime location makes for easy travel for any occasion that brings you to town.

Waterwood is conveniently located between I69 ( Hwy 59) Livingston & I45 Huntsville. We are a 30 min drive to Sam Houston State university and about 1 hr 10 min drive into Houston via I 69 or 1 hr to The Woodlands via I 45. Come and unwind from the hustle and bustle at our Getaway !
