A unique private cosy quiet pad with privacy and independence. Only 3 mins walk to the river and sea, 2 mins to a 500yr old pub 'The Jolly Sailor' and a great local shop selling excellent food etc. Looe is friendly happy and a safe place with great beaches and loads to do! I have quite allot of rescue animals on the property (dog, chickens, an avary a macaw called Babes with a slight attitude problem :) (She is in the house with me) they are mostly quiet but obviously they make some noise.

It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.

A picturesque quaint little 1 bedroom cottage tucked away in a small hamlet, perched alongside a stream, in the middle of beautiful countryside but a stones throw away from the market town of Saltash and Plymouth further afield. The Garden Studio is situatied in the grounds of the Tithe Barn which dates from 1706. It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.

There is also a lovely village pub The White hart which also serves good food. We are half an hour away from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions Tavistock is a beautiful old market town only 15 minutes drive The Tamar Trails centre has lots of out door fun things to-do as well as lovely walks
