We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

The kitchenette features a small fridge, microwave, egg boiler, toaster, coffee plunger, kitchen essentials, and some breakfast goodies. Our two dogs love guests!

Separate kitchen with dining table, fridge/ freezer, microwave, induction hot plate, kettle, air fryer and toaster . (No oven) one plate gas stove. Close to shopping centre's and restaurants.

Secure parking for average size vehicle behind automated gate.Unfortunately no pets allowed as I have two dogs.
