Luxury Beach House - Game Room & Hot Tub

Rebuilt from the ground up in 2018. European oak hardwood floors and custom finishes throughout. During the day, enjoy walking to the beaches, surfing, and shops only minutes away. After a day of fun in the sun, BBQ with friends and family. Then, gather around the fire pit, hang out in the game room shooting pool and then take a soak in the hot tub. Bikes, boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs included for guests use. No visitors or outside guests at any time. Only 8 registered guests max.

This charming 400 sq. ft. studio is the perfect setting to disconnect from city life and immerse yourself in the redwoods. The cabin features a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen & BBQ. Opal Cliff Beach House is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, home on Opal Cliff Drive. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all the fun things! Views of the ocean across the street. Privates Beach a few doors down and the Hook Surf Spot and Pleasure Point at the corner - several sets of stairs. Lovely 15-minute walk to Capitola. One of the oldest and favorite vacation rentals in Santa Cruz - over 22 years! Many repeat guests. Super well supplied. Luxury, comfy accommodations. Perfect spot!

Pleasure Point is also close to 38th Ave Surf Sanctuary, Privates beach, Verve Coffee, Bike Paths and restaurants. The host are available for any questions or issues. They live in the cottage on the back part of the property and there is a charming privacy fence. They are very diligent to make sure your privacy is respected.
