La “Dimora nel Borgo” è una accogliente abitazione nel centro storico medioevale di Maiolati Spontini, in essa si respira una atmosfera rilassata e confortevole, data dalla recente e accurata ristrutturazione, e dall'ambiente circostante tranquillo e silenzioso,  all'interno di un cortile di altri tempi. A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

Casa Balani

Costruita in epoca medioevale sui resti delle gradinate dell'Anfiteatro Romano, la casa offre all'interno piccole porzioni di mura romane a vista. Dalle camere, al piano superiore, si gode di un suggestivo panorama dominato dalla Rocca Minore e da ciò che resta dello stesso Anfiteatro. Tutt'intorno si dirama il quartiere più antico di Assisi, caratterizzato da vicoli, piazzette e case medioevali. Una parte della città sconosciuta ai più ma suggestiva e piacevole da scoprire.

Refined and elegant medieval house, just renovated, 90 Sq. m., located in the beautiful square of the village of Saragano. Equipped with all the comforts, with attention to the smallest details, the furnishings also includes antique furniture. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, a living room with a double sofa bed and a landing overlooking the square. Possibility of extra bed or cot enfant.

This Villa has tremendous views, a secluded swimming pool surrounded by lavender bushes, and is only few kilometers from bars and restaurants. It is a spacious and well equipped place for up to 6 people to stay, somewhere gorgeous and serene yet still within 45 minutes of all of Umbria's tourist attractions. The two-storey sky-earth house was rebuilt and refurbished after the 1997 earthquake but still preserves its original rural structure. We like to come here to relax and enjoy la bella italia in a tranquil and safe context. This has been our family home for many years. Now that we dont't use it often we are happy to share it with you. We made it with lots of love, and hope you feel at welcome.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.

Residenza d'epoca nel pieno centro storico di Assisi, comoda per muoversi a piedi con parcheggio gratuito in loco. La casa comprende un'ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara, cucina, due camere da letto con due bagni riservati provvisti di vasca da bagno e doccia.
