Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

The Ranger's Retreat (RR) cabin by Big South Fork will give you all the privacy you want and still convenient to town for the essentials. All of this plus with one of the Southeasts' premier National Park area's in your backyard. The RR cabin is a genuine log cabin made of real white pine logs. It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and a loft. The RR cabin is great for couples, but the loft with 2 twin beds provides room for a total of 4. Dog friendly (sorry no cats).

A Little Closer to Heaven Primitive Tree house

This little tree house is primitive with no electricity and no water but has a bath house nearby. This is tent camping in a tree house. Located behind the historic R.M. Brooks Store, it is the perfect place to find peace and beauty . Perfect for hikers. Rest in the huge branches of this nearly 100 year old Oak Tree. A Queen bed awaits you for your restful nights sleep. Underneath you can picnic at the table or swing in the swing that hangs below. This is the perfect place to unplug.

Cozy Creek Cottage [ATV trails- 4 Marines]

The cozy creek cottage is your home away from home, tucked away in the hills of East Tennessee you’re sure to find rest and relaxation here. Whether you are enjoying nature on our patio overlooking a lazy creek or watching the cows graze in our field next door time seems to go a little slower here. Cozy beds will give you the rest you need after a long day in the mountains or on the water! Plus a fenced in front yard for your fur babies so they fill right at home along with you!

Cozy Cabin

Cozy two bedroom cabin with unobstructed views of the mountains. On the back deck there is a hot tub and a gas grill. Near Big South Fork and Historic Rugby. 3 mile hike from the cabin to the river round-trip. Or drive to the trailhead and hike half a mile to the river. Come here to unwind and de-stress. Totally peaceful :-) My favorite time of year is winter at the cabin. Nothing like sitting in the hot tub and looking out over the frosty trees and mountains!
