Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

The Nesting Box is an ideal space to return to and recharge in after “free-ranging” locally. Comfortable, cool, and centrally located to the best of Butler Street. Designers collaborated to maximize the minimal space with creative comforts while experiencing "tiny living". Our shipping container addition led us to have 2 front doors. We welcome guests to our on-street guest suite. Urban family homestead with 2 cats, 2 dogs, and for 5 years 3 chickens that resided with us (recently rehomed).

Cozy and Spacious Guest Suite in Greenfield

This newly renovated suite is the downstairs unit of a three story house (the upper two floors may be occupied which could lead to sounds outside of quiet hours). This space has free street parking located just outside of its own entrance. Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh are both about a 5-7 minute drive away, and to get downtown it is typically a 10 minute drive. There is a bus stop at the end of the street that can take you just about anywhere in Pittsburgh.

This apartment is in an ideal location in Shadyside close to CMU, Pitt, Walnut Street and much more! My apartment features a deck, open-concept layout, bedroom with a walk-in closet, central air, and free laundry. One parking spot is available for free if it is reserved in advance. The apartment sleeps 4 people. The bedroom has a king bed. The living room has a sofa that very conveniently folds down to transform into a queen-sized bed. There is a spacious deck.

PRIVATE MINI STUDIO (D1)

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night(not suitable for kids under 10).

Cozy and lovely large studio with garden, separate private entrance, kitchen, and full bathroom. Located in the central and convenient neighborhood of Squirrel Hill, close to CMU, University of Pittsburgh and Chatham University, right next to Schenley Park and walking distance (only 2 blocks) to all the cafes, restaurants, shops, movie theater and local amenities of our amazing neighborhood. Downtown Pittsburgh is only 10-12 minutes drive.

This is the second floor apartment (2 on door) Conveniently close to downtown, public transportation, and plenty of amenities including shopping & dining.
