Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

We are within easy access of the A1 between Peterborough and Cambridge, yet our location is very rural, surrounded by open fields. There is secure parking in the driveway of the cottage with a locked gate. We offer a great choice of cooked breakfast, which can be enjoyed in the traditional dining room, or open the door that leads out to the breakfast patio with views over the garden and fields beyond.

We are within reach of Sywell reservoir, Northampton, Althorp, Salcey forest and Silverstone. We have 2 cats which stay out of the way of strangers.

It is a five minute walk to the town centre with its great choice of shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Public transport links are also nearby and we are a two minute walk to the local Waitrose store. Continental breakfast provided.
