Situated on a farm between the picturesque villages of Broadway and Winchcombe this private annex is the ideal getaway or escape for visiting the Cotswolds. Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

The village has 2 pubs and a village shop and is perfectly situated for easy access to Cheltenham Festivals, Upton-upon-Severn and the Cotswolds. Wonderful walks directly from the cottage. Our family Cottage is my favourite space to chill and relax. Its a cosy grade II listed 17th century cottage, full of original charm and character. We have a quaint country cottage garden which offers an additional peaceful space. Nestled in the beautiful village of Cropthorne, it sits on the edge of the Cotswolds. There are several village pubs to visit and local farm shops to explore and if you want a trip out to our larger towns or cities we are the perfect location for a short trip away.

A two-minute walk to the famous Kingsholm rugby stadium and food shops, ten minutes to city centre, bus and train stations, cathedral, Quays shopping outlet, restaurants and historic docks. Penn Studio@Cropthorne

Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Self contained spacious annex with your own front door, en-suite bathroom, fridge, kettle, microwave, smart TV, hair dryer, seating area and desk space. There is a king size bed and, if requested, a second memory foam mattress on the floor. The studio is completely separate from the main house. There is ample off-road, private parking on the property and you are welcome to use the garden.
