Apartment is on the 2nd floor of a house with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea and National park Brijuni. Parcela se prostire na 6000m i u potpunosti je ograđena kamenim zidom. Ispred kuće nalati se bazen od 55 m2. Na cijeloj parceli preko četrdeset stoljetnih maslina.
