Situado en la Plaza Lesseps en el barrio de Gracia. Fiestas, eventos, sesiones fotográficas, rodajes, etc... se negociarán particularmente y no está incluido en el precio del alojamiento.

Cuenta con un dormitorio con una amplia cama de 150 × 190 cm y dispone de dos baños: uno con bañera y otro equipado con una moderna ducha italiana. Además, el apartamento tiene una encantadora terraza con piscina PRIVADA no climatizada (2,5 × 3 m). CASA ESMERALDA se encuentra en la planta baja. No ofrecemos desayunos.
