Seafront & local beach 5 mins walk, woods & coast path 5 mins. 15 mins walk to shops & restaurants. Walk the promenade to cafes, and a beach, good for year round swimming & SUP. Train station connecting to London 5 mins walk. Fab for walking & water sports. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Great location, 5 minute walk to Castle Beach where you will find a small take away cafe with outdoor seating. In the opposite direction just a 10 minute walk you will find The Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach and popular beach cafe with indoor/outdoor seating, a bakery, takeaway cafe and paddle board hire. The annexe is also situated a 10 minute walk from the popular end of Falmouth town centre and Events Square, where there are many places to eat/drink.

We supply a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cereals, bread, milk, butter, and marmalade for our guests. Situated three floors above the award winning Star & Garter, the Crow's Nest offers uninterrupted view over Falmouth harbour, open plan kitchen/lounge, log burner and bathroom and bedroom. Found at the top of the high street, you are very close to the centre of town, independent shops & other activities. As this is at the very top of the building, there are 2 eaves. Gorgeous airy Georgian apartment in a Grade II listed mansion overlooking the harbour in the heart of beautiful Falmouth. Everything is within easy walking distance, so you won't need your car: Events Square and hundreds of great restaurants and shops are all minutes away! One small note, there is a beer garden nearby, it's rare, but there can be noise. Normally only an issue if you're trying to sleep with the windows open.
