Relax on the covered back porch for early morning coffee, spend an evening around the fire pit, or walk to the covered fishing dock to try your hand at fishing. Home has one bedroom with a full sized bed, and two sleeper sofas in the living room. Host family lives in the main house on property. There is ample parking, including space for your boat. Nestled on a lake with public boat ramp but just 15 minutes from town.

Outdoor activity includes hammocks, swimming, boating (canoe, kayaks, john boat). For fishing we have boats, nets & fish-dressing station (bring poles & bait). About 13 miles from Palmyra and Monroe, nearest gas and groceries.

The location is out of the city, yet just a couple miles from all of the stores you need. The little cabin is nestled down our shared private and peaceful driveway, with views of cattle grazing in the pasture right off the front porch at the right time of year. Our big screen projector and fire pit are two amenities you'll be sure to enjoy!

Why not hide away at Woodland Fox? Fall is the best season to get away at our peaceful 20 acres just 3 miles off hwy 63. Guest suite is ideal for multiple guests with 4 beds & 2 full baths. To offset “no cleaning fee” $10 per guest per night is added for 4th guest and more. In any case, you’ll have the entire lower-level to yourselves —-to enjoy the comforts of home. Sleep deep with comfy covers—oh, so clean—breakfast ingredients are supplied in fridge. NO Cleaning fee!

Cozy little farm house

Cozy little farm house perfect for an in between stay or getaway located at the end of a blacktop road. The house sits amongst a small cattle farm with a nice view over a bottom field with abundant wildlife. This house is set up for the main purpose of lodging our seasonal guests who pursue wildlife and will reflect that within its decorations. There is a smart tv in the living room but there is currently no WiFi available here as we just use our hotspots on our phone.
