Cozy little cottage with beautiful stunning views of the Montague river. The cottage is located directly beside the Confederation trail excellent for biking/walking. We have bikes and kayaks for your use while you stay with us. The cottage has a new queen bed located in loft , as well as an old fashioned soaker tub. We are 5 min from the town of Montague, walking distance from art galleries, two world class breweries and lots of restaurants, everything from fine dining to fast food .

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
